Terms and conditions of use and ordering
All users agree to the following terms and conditions before placing an order with Nature's Way.
New users must go to the members site before they use Laminaria Extract. Entrance password are sent with orders.
All users will take all precautions and reasonable care to ensure their weight loss has no adverse effects on their health. Should weight loss become too rapid in such a way to effect the users health cessation of the slimming course will commence until such time as the user is able to continue.
All users of Laminaria Extract will not hold Nature's Way responsible for any misuse of the product. Laminaria Extract and it's use as a slimming product will only be effective if the direction of use are followed. If a user fails to follow these directions and therefore misuses the product the subsequent results cannot be guaranteed and the user accepts all responsibility for any failure of the products results due to this misuse.
No refund will be granted for misuse of Laminaria Extract.
Once an order has been dispatched from Nature's Way responsibility of the product becomes that of the person who placed the order and or to whom it is being delivered to. Nature's Way will ship all orders using conventional postal methods and accept no responsibility whatsoever for postal failures.
If you have any medical disorders it is your responsibility to seek medical advice from your doctor as you should before starting any slimming course.
An order can only be cancelled before the product is dispatched, once and order is placed these terms are a binding contract.
Any order which is cancelled before dispatch will be subject to a US$10 administration fee. This will include duplicate orders or orders made in error.
Refunds are granted in accordance with our refund policy, which is available to read in the members site. The essence of the policy being You have 30 days to return the unused portion of pills and receive a full refund less P&P charges.
Nature's Way reserve the right to change or alter these terms at any time without giving any notice.
